Injection Systems

Stopping leaks and sealing cracks from the inside.

When water is already coming through a crack or joint, surface coatings alone will not solve it. Injection fills the crack or void and stops the water at its path.

Indus injects both dry and wet cracks in concrete, using epoxy resins to restore the structure and polyurethane or acrylic resins to stop active leaks — from building basements to major infrastructure such as the New Doha International Airport.

Scope of work

  • Injection of cracked concrete
  • Injection of wet and actively leaking cracks
  • Polyurethane foam and resin leak stopping
  • Epoxy structural crack injection
  • Water-tank injection and waterproofing
  • Manhole and chamber leak sealing

Systems we apply

Epoxy injection

Low-viscosity epoxy to bond dry cracks and restore load-bearing capacity.

PU foam injection

Water-reactive foams that expand to stop running water fast.

Flexible PU resin

Elastic resins that seal wet cracks subject to movement.

Packer systems

Drilled or surface packers placed to suit crack width and member thickness.

Our fleet includes 15 electric injection pumps, so we can run several crews in parallel on large structures.

How we work

  1. Map the cracksRecord crack widths, water flow and access.
  2. Install packersDrill and set packers along the crack at the correct spacing.
  3. InjectPump resin with electric or hand pumps until refusal at each port.
  4. FinishRemove packers, make good the surface and check for dryness.
